1. Institutional Status & Legal Character

BestJobs.bg is a decentralized classified advertising bulletin and economic directory administered under the sovereign network infrastructure of Mobikom Bulgaria Consortium. The platform provides public notice infrastructure for direct employment announcements, B2B producer showrooms, and economic data.

2. Statutory Disclaimer of Employment Mediation (ZNZ Defense)

Pursuant to the Employment Promotion Act of the Republic of Bulgaria (Закон за насърчаване на заетостта — ЗНЗ) and its implementing statutory instruments:

• BestJobs.bg does not perform labor mediation, candidate selection, credential verification, or recruitment placement services.
• The platform does not collect, process, index, or archive curriculum vitae (CVs), identity records, or employment portfolios.
• The platform demands no placement commissions, candidate registration fees, or wage percentage withholdings under any circumstance.
• All employment relationships, contractual terms, and compensation packages are executed directly between the candidate and the verified employer through authenticated client-side email routing.

3. Mandatory Compensation Transparency in Euro (€)

In alignment with Directive (EU) 2023/970 on pay transparency, every vacancy announcement published across BestJobs.bg must declare a definitive gross monetary remuneration or structured wage interval denominated strictly in Euro (€).

Listings attempting to conceal compensation behind ambiguous designations such as "competitive remuneration", "negotiable", or "discussed at interview" are systematically rejected at submission.

4. Immutable 30-Day Lifecycle & Permanent Archival Directive

To eradicate administrative bloat and guarantee historical data integrity:

• Every listing executes an uninterrupted 30-calendar-day active lifecycle.
• Post-publication modifications, in-place text renewals, and manual extensions are technically prohibited.
• Upon expiration on day 31, the listing transitions automatically into our permanent read-only archive, stamped with the statutory red notice EXPIRED LISTING / POSITION CLOSED, while preserving its canonical URL for historical SEO continuity.
• Employers requiring continued active broadcast must publish a new listing under the standard verification protocol.

5. Commercial Tariff & Corporate Media Syndication

To ensure authentic counterparties and eradicate malicious bot spam, BestJobs.bg executes an absolute Pay-to-Play verification baseline via bank wire settlement to our institutional IBAN:

• Standard Listing: 30.00 € (precisely 1.00 € per calendar day for 30 days).
• VIP Priority Listing: 80.00 € (golden frame priority placement and automated XML syndication).
• Corporate Media Syndicate & PR Feature: Fixed statutory tariff of 306.77 € (accredited feature article across DobrichNews.com, Dobruja.com, and the BestJobs network).

6. Intellectual Property & MIT Layout License

The software skeleton, structural HTML5 layout engine, and CSS Grid subgrid architecture of BestJobs.bg are distributed under the open-source MIT License,
